Al-Bustan is pleased to offer online Modern Standard Arabic classes for 4th graders and older youth. Held on ZOOM, the 10-week course begins the week of September 12 through the week of November 14. We are offering two levels of instruction taught by experienced teacher Issam Bougtoub, conditional on sufficient enrollment.
Beginner 1: 90-minute sessions on Sundays from 11am-12:30pm (EST) on ZOOM
Beginner 2: 60-minute sessions on Mondays and Thursdays from 6-7pm (EST) on ZOOM

Issam Bougtoub
Issam Bougtoub graduated with an MS in Education from Saint Joseph’s University in 2014, after obtaining his Bachelors in the English Language from Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdallah University in Fes, Morocco. He has taught English and Arabic to students K-12 in both private and public schools, and was an Arabic instructor with Al-Bustan Seeds of Culture in 2013 and in the 2020-2021 academic year. We are excited to welcome him back this fall!
